COVID-19 Safety Measures
In the first instance and importantly Tony and Kate hope that our guests have remained well throughout this time but if you are feeling poorly or think that you might be displaying any symptoms prior to your arrival at Trevarner Guest House we would be grateful if you did not travel and to advise us as soon as you can in this eventuality
In line with Government regulations and advice we have taken the following measures for the protection of our guests:
On the 10th of December 2021 UK Government guidance on ‘When to wear a face covering’ was updated.
There are some places where you must wear a face covering by law and these include public areas of hotels and hostels, unless you are exempt or have a reasonable excuse.
Guests are required to wear a face covering on entering either of these settings and must keep it on until they leave unless they are exempt or have a reasonable excuse for removing it.
Test and Trace:
If you have downloaded the NHS COVID-19 App we have the APP QR Code available for you to scan with your device on arrival. As from the 19th of July 2021 this requirement is no longer mandatory but we would continue to encourage its use where guests wish to for Test and Trace purposes.
Hand sanitiser is provided in all communal areas as well as in each of our guest rooms
Breakfast tables have been socially distanced in our large dining room area
Breakfast times have been staggered to half hour intervals to further assist with social distancing protocols
All our rooms are en-suite
From the 1st of August we have resumed room service (unless guests specifically request otherwise)
As well as our normal high standards of hygiene we undertake frequent sanitising and disinfecting of all communal areas and surfaces, including and particularly between breakfast sittings
We have the facility for our guests to pay by card at the property and if you prefer then we are more than happy to take payment over the telephone for your stay should you so wish
The list of measures that we have taken at Trevarner Guest House to keep you and ourselves safe is not exhaustive and this page will be updated as and when it is necessary to do so
Tony and Kate hope that all our guests continue to stay safe and well during these times
