COVID-19 Safety Measures
In the first instance and importantly Tony and Kate hope that our guests have remained well throughout this time but if you are feeling poorly or think that you might be displaying any symptoms prior to your arrival at Trevarner Guest House we would be grateful if you did not travel and to advise us as soon as you can in this eventuality
In line with Government regulations and advice we have taken the following measures for the protection of our guests:
We are required to log the details of all guests on their arrival for the purposes of NHS COVID-19 Test and Trace
Trevarner Guest House is fully participating in the NHS COVID-19 Test and Trace App initiative to help suppress the spread of the virus and to this end we have on display in our foyer the NHS COVID-19 App QR Code for our guests to scan on their arrival. The successful scanning of the QR code also means that we will not need to physically log your details on your arrival
Face coverings are now to be worn in all communal areas of the guest house from arrival to departure, the only exemption being when guests are seated at their breakfast table
Hand sanitiser is provided in all communal areas as well as in each of our guest rooms
Breakfast tables have been socially distanced in our large dining room area and breakfast times have been staggered to half hour intervals to further assist with social distancing protocols
All our rooms are either en-suite or have a private non-shared shower room
As well as our normal high standards of hygiene we undertake frequent sanitising and disinfecting of all communal areas and surfaces, including and particularly between breakfast sittings
For stays of more than one night room service is not provided but extra towels are supplied and at any time during your stay should you require any additional items then please ask either Kate or Tony and we will be more than pleased to assist you as required
The list of measures that we have taken at Trevarner Guest House to keep you and ourselves safe is not exhaustive and this page will be updated as and when it is necessary to do so
Tony and Kate hope that all our guests continue to stay safe and well during these times
