Arrival: Your room will be ready between 4pm and 7pm on your day of arrival, we would be grateful if our guests could notify us by phone or email if there are any variations on agreed arrival time.

We do not take same day bookings.

Departure: We respectfully request that you check out of your room by 10.30am on your day of departure.

Children: Children and babies are welcome, we have a cot and high chair.

Pets: We regret that we are unable to accommodate guest pets.

Parking: We have ample free parking to the front of the guest house available for our guests. Please park considerately.

Cancellation Policy:  Where we take a deposit to secure a booking the guest/s can cancel free of charge until 1 day (24hrs) before the arrival date. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if a guest/s cancels their booking within 1 day (24hrs) before the arrival date. If the guest/s fails show up we reserve the right to retain the aforesaid deposit.

Your confirmed reservation of a room is taken as your acceptance of our terms and conditions as above.
